What areas in Northern Ireland do you cover?​ 

The main areas we cover are Belfast, Bangor, Lisburn, Craigavon, Armagh and Newry but we also do jobs outside of these areas. Feel free to send us an email or call us if you are unsure if we cover your area.

How much does a house clearance cost?​ 

As the contents of every house is different, it is not possible to provide a quote over the phone, however you can send us photos for an estimate. Usually we call in to view the contents and can then provide a quote (There is no charge for providing a quote)

Do you buy house contents?​ 

Yes we buy resalable items and the value of items is always taken into account when providing a quote for a clearance.

Is there anything you cannot remove?​ 

We can remove anything apart from hazardous materials such as asbestos.

What happens to the contents once removed?​ 

Reusable items are sold or donated to charity. Waste is sorted and separated so that as much as possible is saved from going to land fill. We recycle paper, cardboard, wood, batteries, spectacles, rigid plastics, glass, metal, appliances, clothes, garden waste and food.

Do you do part clearances?​ 

As well as doing full house clearances, we do part clearances and can even remove single items if required.
